East India inspired madras seasoning, ideal for chicken, lamb, beef, paneer, dhal and curries.

This rub packs so much flavour and instantly brings back memories of a delicious curry. Classic Indian spices such as fenugreek, cumin, garlic, coriander and ginger. With notes of tomato, lemon and a tiny hint of mint to lift the flavours. Use as a marinade or use straight away.

  • The perfect matching to chicken such as breast or meat on the bone.
  • Use on it’s own or mix with oil or yoghurt.
  • Dust over lamb chops and sear over hot coals.
  • Add to curries and dhal.
  • Use on veggies, paneer or halloumi.
  • Dust over crispy potatoes for Bombay style potatoes.

Click and Collect is from our Hitchin, Hertfordshire Shop and Warehouse, Monday-Friday 9.30am-4.00pm - just choose the 'Local Pickup' delivery option at the checkout. This option will only be available if all the items in your Basket are available for 'Local Pickup'.

Delivery is via Courier, and the delivery date is shown under the 'Add to Basket' button above.
