If mustard is your thing, you are going to LOVE this sauce. Known as "Carolina Gold" in the USA, this is a tangy mustard BBQ sauce. Best friend of pulled pork and awesome on a salad. Mop it onto meat during cooking or drop it on your plate as a condiment.

Inspired by one of the famous South Carolina BBQ sauces, our Carolina Mustard BBQ Sauce is made using mustard grown locally to us in Norfolk. We blend mustard with sweet smoked paprika, a load of garlic and the perfect level of vinegar for a smooth, sweet BBQ sauce with a huge tangy kick.

We love this sauce on pulled pork - drench liberally after cooking for the best, mustardy pork imaginable!

Click and Collect is from our Hitchin, Hertfordshire Shop and Warehouse, Monday-Friday 9.30am-4.00pm - just choose the 'Local Pickup' delivery option at the checkout. This option will only be available if all the items in your Basket are available for 'Local Pickup'.

Delivery is via Courier, and the delivery date is shown under the 'Add to Basket' button above.
