Black Classic BBQ Guru CyberQ Monolith Grill with Buggy
The CyberQ Cloud controller, from the temperature
control experts at BBQ Guru, plugs into the left hand side of the grill
and blows air into the grill as required to maintain a constant
temperature. You have a 'Pit Probe', which you clip to the grill grate
inside, and this detects the temperature inside the grill. In addition
you get a 'Food Probe', which allows you to monitor the temperature of a
piece of meat to get perfect results every time. You can add another two
Food Probes later on if you wish, so that you can monitor up to 3 pieces
of food at any one time, independently.
This size grill is closely equivalent to the Large
Big Green Egg and the Classic Kamado Joe, and weighs the same and has
the same ceramic wall thickness.
The Buggy has a Stainless Steel framework, and Teak
shelves for long outdoor life, and measures 70cm Long x 70cm Wide x 76cm
High, with 20cm diameter wheels for great, easy mobility.
And being a Cloud controller, you can connect this
to any WiFi network worldwide to control your grill from anywhere, and
monitor your cook to see when it is cooked to perfection.
Overall Height - 77cm (30 inches)

All Monolith Models come with the unique SmokeEasy wood chip feed system, so you never lose temperature or smoke by lifting the lid to add additional smoke chips while cooking. Just open the hatch on the front of the bowl, fill the chute with chips, and push them onto the charcoal with the little tool supplied.
The Monolith is the holy grail of Kamado grills. It is gracefully crafted from heat-resistant ceramics and high grade stainless steel components. The inherent properties of the ceramic used in the Monolith, such as conductivity, insulation and resistance to environmental and chemical agents, allow for a stylish and efficient way of utilising this ancient method of cooking.
Monolith grills are constructed from high fire ceramics with an outer surface glaze that is extremely resistant to weathering. The durability of the Monolith is second to none; they do not rust and they will not crack. Temperature of the monolith is controlled by an exceptionally precise temperature control which offers a range of temperatures from 80ºC up to 350ºC.
Whether you want to prepare your food by means of slow cooking, grilling, baking or smoking, the Monolith allows you to achieve the perfect results by combining the advantages of a classic grill with those of a stone oven.

Delivery is via a 'kerbside' Pallet delivery service, and is Free of charge to all England and Wales postcodes, and is normally next day (Monday-Thursday). The delivery date is shown beneath the 'Add to Basket' button. Saturday delivery service may be available - you'll be given that choice and price at the checkout.
If you are on an island or in Scotland, or wish to see the delivery options available to you, just add the item to your basket and use the Estimate Shipping function on the checkout page.
'Kerbside' delivery means that the delivery driver will wheel the pallet off the vehicle and leave the pallet on the kerb - if you have access large enough for a 120 x 100cm pallet and have hard-standing (ie concrete / tarmac / slabs) over which the pallet truck can be moved then the driver will take the pallet up your driveway and position it where you wish. If you have a very steep driveway, a gravel drive, or no driveway at all then you will need to arrange to have two strong persons available to move the pallet and/or its contents fom the kerb, or request a quote from us for a two-man delivery and/or full installation service.
If you require delivery on a specific day then you'll need to call us on 01438 330000 to place your order, or email us (email@example.com) immediately after placing your order online, so that we don't despatch your order immediately. If you require specific delivery on a Saturday, then you'll need to choose the Saturday delivery option at the checkout and pay the additional charges for that.
If you order before 1pm Monday - Thursday, then by default we'll deliver to you the following working day (Public Holidays excluded). If you order after 1pm Friday or over the Weekend then we'll deliver on the following Tuesday by default.
If you have a mixed basket of products and one of them is not available for Click and Collect, then the Checkout will not offer you the Click and Collect option. This is because we have multiple warehouses, and not all stock is available at the Hitchin warehouse.
