Want to take your friends or customers on a culinary adventure to Texas? With a large indirect cooking space, the Yoder Smokers 20” Wichita wood offset smoker will get you there. Experience the aroma of sweet wood smoke and the crackling of a fire before tasting tender, perfectly smoked meats and vegetables.

By burning a fire in the “offset” firebox, the heat and smoke are then drawn through the main chamber to cook the food indirectly. This is the secret to producing incredible low&slow barbecue. Experiment with flavors and aromas by feeding your fire with various fruit woods and hardwoods to create the perfect bite!

The Wichita is the most popular offset model by Yoder and the perfect size for large parties at home, or for small restaurants. This award-winning smoker is fully loaded and includes a Heat Management Plate to distribute heat and smoke evenly, a slide-out 2nd shelf, and a counter-weight on the door to make it easy to open the heavy door. This professional-grade BBQ is handmade in Kansas and is guaranteed for life not to rust through like the average outdoor BBQ.

A Way of Life

Operating a wood offset pit may be more of a challenge than other BBQ smokers, but that is part of the appeal. Tending the fire while cooking perfectly smoked meats on a traditional wood pit is all about true passion for the art.

Built to Last

It is possible to cook BBQ on the thin, leaky BBQs sold in hardware stores. But not for long. Yoder Smokers are built from heavy 6.3mm steel and fully welded to last for decades. These smokers will not rust through or burn out in a year or two. They are designed to handle the extreme.

Handcrafted in the USA

Yoder Smokers are handmade in Yoder, Kansas by pitmasters – for pitmasters. Every detail is carefully executed by master craftsmen. When designing an offset smoker, the placement and size of the firebox, length and diameter of the smokestack, position of cooking grates, damper placement, and many more features are often overlooked or not understood by the manufacturers of lesser pits. Let the real pros build your next smoker.

Delivery details / options for this product;

The estimated delivery date for a product is shown beneath the green 'Add To Basket' button on the product page.

Delivery of this product is via a 'kerbside' Pallet delivery service, and is Free of charge to most England and Wales postcodes (excluding London where a small surcharge applies), and is normally next day (Monday-Thursday). The delivery date is shown beneath the 'Add to Basket' button. Saturday delivery service may be available - you'll be given that choice and price at the checkout.

If you are in London, on an island or in Scotland, or wish to see the delivery options available to you, just add the item to your basket and use the Estimate Shipping function on the checkout page.

'Kerbside' delivery means that the delivery driver will wheel the pallet off the vehicle and leave the pallet on the kerb - if you have access large enough for a 120 x 100cm pallet and have hard-standing (ie concrete / tarmac / slabs) over which the pallet truck can be moved then the driver will take the pallet up your driveway and position it where you wish. If you have a very steep driveway, a gravel drive, or no driveway at all then you will need to arrange to have two strong persons available to move the pallet and/or its contents from the kerb.
